Suggestion

Lots of times it happens someone has booked a cab for the family member or their friend & when the customer hops in the cab he or she are the direct customers & they sometimes what to detour or change the destination in these cases there are no options on the app to report.

* In Christchurch there are lots of road works & especially around the weekends the busiest spot of town is the Oxford Terrace & there is no where to park or wait, I guess there is new waiting area by tram lines customers & drivers should be encouraged to park there until the civil works are sorted. Doing so there are no compromises with health & safety.

Issue in starting in surge time

I have noticed that when I start driving in surge area I was al aye given the rides from no surge area or I was given rides far from surge areas after completing that ride if I end up coming in surge area again I couldn't get any ride from surge even though I m at right place to expect the ride but always bad luck which is really annoying. Secondly when uber drivers are not busy we don't get trips for uber eats but v get those rides when there is no uber eats driver is available so in that case uber eats get prioritised first which is also not good for uber drivers as we should be given same equality like uber eats guys not like if they r not available in that area then only give those rides to uber drivers, this thing has happened a lot not only with me but one of my friend too when we are just sitting like duck in the car waiting for ride.
These things should be improved.

I am so disappointed with
( UBER'S )customer service your agents can't provide enough information and don't understand my point my car insurance has issue between ( Hybrid ) and ( hatch back ) it's two days they can't solve my issue because of their unprofessional customer service I couldn't go work for secant night and it's weekend and it's busy nights are on and after how long We moved to level 1 and just want to back to work unfortunately I can't go just because of
( UBER'S)unprofessional agents I keep losing money cause I have to pay my bill , insurance, mortgage, and have two kids which are the most my expensive expenses if it keep continue going on I might give up with (UBER).
I'm not happy at all as you know this pandemic (COVID 19)everybody lost something now when we are just want to get on track even (UBER)is trying to put us down too by not solving our problem which cause us not be able going work and losing money.
At the end of the day (UBER )instead of charging us less fee or even (ZERO)fee like (OLACAB)unfortunately not even solving our problem at least we can go back to work and provide food for our family I wish their would be someone to hear our voice and take action against it .
